Main Duties • Learn and prepare the restaurant’s current menu • Able to prepare daily menu with selection of various dishes while considering factor such as costs, inventory, supplies and special events. • Oversee kitchen operations • Must be able to prepare and cook complete meals. • Maintain a positive attitude that promotes teamwork within the restaurant. • Responsible for keeping the kitchen clean. • Maintaining high level of hygiene, organization and Sanitation of food products. • May hire and train kitchen staff.
