Job Description
1. In charge for all in & out email communications for specified projects
2. Arranging and allocating the commissioning team with the team lead and reporting the direct manager.
3. Documentation for the Project related documents
4. Liaising with other internal departments and follow up
5. Preparation of Minutes of meeting for the Internal progress meeting with PM’s and Engr’s and necessarily follow up.
Skills
Having good experience in MS office and working experience in the same field or similar platform as a project coordinator/Document controller/ Project secretary
