Let me start with the jobs available at airport after 12th standard. So once you have completed your 12th with any stream. You can apply for Cabin Crew post, I am going to discuss about white collar jobs only , other jobs are also available like loaders, driver, sweeper etc but I will focus only on Cabin Crew.

We see many advertisement that if you want to cabin crew join our institute to get a certificate. But in reality you don't need any certificates or training for Cabin crew job. Once you will appear for for the interview and if you will be selected than the airlines has there own training centers they will send you there for training, training duration will be 3 or 4 month depending on the company. for this training you have to pay the fees but airlines deduct it from your salary so you don't have to worry about it.
And once you will complete this training then you can resume your job, this is yearly training i.e. you to go for recurring training every year. Remember every airlines has there own training programs so if you will change the airlines than again you have to go through their training module.

Now is it good to join airport jobs after 12th ? Depend on you in which field you want to go if you want to pursue your career in ground services on aviation than you must complete your graduation and than apply. Benefit of having Graduation is always their. And for ground support you must have graduation in any stream.
And about Cabin crew if you want to apply abroad than the requirement for many International airlines is graduation. So decide choose wisely.
